The charge of PAAC is to bring Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. five programmatic thrust and national initiatives to the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland.  Our flagship programs are our award-winning GEMS, a youth development and leadership program for young ladies, as well as our innovative signature programs such as the Community Prayer Brunch to promote Delta’s Social Action Agenda and the SerendipiTEA Arts and Letters event.
