Scholarships
Each year, the Princess Anne Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. awards scholarships to African American students attending public schools on the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, including Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties. The awards will be $1,500 and will be paid directly to the post-secondary institution of the student’s choice.
Eligibility Requirements
A. Be classified as a senior and eligible for graduation spring 2024.
B. Have a minimum overall unweighted grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.C. Be an active participant in extra-curricular activities.
D. Submit two letters of reference.
E. Submit an official transcript from the Guidance office.
F. Submit SAT/ACT scores.
G. Submit a letter of acceptance from a college or university.
H. Applicant must be an African-American.
